With a career in interior design and fashion that spans over 12 years, Janette Ewen has become a favourite style source for Canadians. Janette started her career at leading magazine Chatelaine and eventually moved on to editorial roles at House & Home, Chocolat Magazine and the Globe and Mail. From print, Janette moved into broadcast. As a TV favourite, Janette can be seen regularly on national shows in Canada, including Cityline and CTV Morning, and was formally a co-host on “Inside the Box with Ty Pennington.” Janette currently is a partner at the award winning LA-Toronto based creative studio Parker Barrow, known for its innovative wallpaper collection, design installations (including the recent revitalization of the Fairmont Royal York rooftop) and collaborations.

Leading Rouge’s culinary team is Chef Brian Diamond who brings his knowledge and passion of cooking to the storied halls of Inglewood’s renowned restaurant. Originally a Saskatchewan native, Chef Diamond relocated to Calgary in 2007 and became the Sous Chef at Vintage Chophouse. Soon, his natural curiosity beckoned him to foreign shores where he found himself in Australia, where he truly came to appreciate the significance of sourcing fresh local produce and ingredients. Today, Chef Diamond’s dedication to locally sourced ingredients is complimented by the beautiful garden available to him in Rouge’s own backyard.

Dave has been cooking for 12 years now. He realized his passion for food when he was a line cook and has pursued that as a career. He credits much of his talent to the amazing chefs he has had the opportunity to work alongside. Dave loves that North American cuisine is moving to a “farm to table” approach. He also enjoys brewing beer at home. This love of brewing beer and preparing delicious fresh food make CRAFT a natural fit.
