Exhibitor access to the show floor is only allowed 1 HOUR prior to show open on show days with the exception to opening day with your exhibitor badge.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.
Exhibitors are given the minimum number of badges allotted to their booth automatically (see chart below) with no
form needing to be filled out. If the number of badges needed for your staff doesn't exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Show Office or before the show to receive their badge.
Please note that badges do not display exhibitor or company names but there is room to put in your personal business card.

If you need more than the number of badges allotted to your booth, please fill out the Extra Badge Form and send to Zoe at zoew@mpeshows.com no later than September 12, 2025.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BADGES IN YOUR BOOTH as
you need them to gain access to the show floor. Replacement badges are $10 each if lost, left at home, left in booth, a dog ate them etc.

Review the booth guidelines to make sure your booth is designed to meet Marketplace Events and Calgary Stampede Event Services' standards:

**Please note that the Calgary Fire Department requires all materials (sheds, canopies, tents, temporary structures including signage in and hung above a booth) must be approved for indoor use and have a permanently attached label indicating conformance to CAN/ULC–S109, “Flame Tests of Flame-Resistant Fabrics and Films.”

| Best In Show | Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design of any other in the show. |
| Best Large Space | This award goes out to the best booth that is 400 square feet or larger. |

Other Calgary Stampede Information:
Any exhibitor that would like to sample any food or beverage items (coffee, snacks etc) must fill out Calgary Stampede's Sample form. Click HERE for the form. Please send the completed form to eventservices@calgarystampede.com and cc zoew@mpeshows.com. The form must be submitted no later than September 12, 2025.
Please look through the Shipping Receiving Procedures if you plan to ship anything to the BMO Centre.
Find Your Way Through Stampede Park - Calgary Stampede Park Map
Menus will be available on site at the Calgary Stampede Order Desk or through the Exhibitor Concierge team who will present on the floor during move-in and for the duration of the event. Payment (credit/debit) will be required when placing the order.
Exhibitors will have to place their orders at least 2 hours before the meal service daily. It will allow time for the kitchen team to prepare their meals, make the packages and make sure that everything is displayed perfectly for when the food is delivered to the exhibitors.
The Exhibitor Concierge team will provide the delivery of every “lunch box” directly to the exhibitors’ booths. These customized deliveries will be available at 2 different times options for every meal. This will allow exhibitors to take their break at their convenience, according to the hours of operation of the event.
Decorator Services
The Calgary Home Shows has now partnered with Global Convention Services as our Show Decorator. The order process has changed, and there will no longer be a link in our Exhibitor Kit to order. Instead, Global will email exhibitors directly with information to sign up for their online ordering portal. Please keep an eye out for their emails and email addresses: ahobmaier@globalconvention.ca, essgroup@globalconvention.ca

Maximize your business’s exposure and attract more customers by upgrading your exhibitor listing. As an exhibitor, you have a basic listing live on the website, and now you can Enhance It! This is included in the contracted space cost and is no additional charge.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an automated email providing a link to elevate your listing. SHOW INSURANCE
Proof of trade show insurance is mandatory.. Please send a COI to Zoe at zoew@mpeshows.com to keep on file before September 12, 2025, your provider should be able to do this fairly quickly.
- Insurance must include exhibitor/vendor or trade show coverage (speak to your provider to see if you are covered for this already, or if you need extra coverage)
- Move in and move out dates must be included in your coverage
- Liability coverage should be for a minimum of $2 million
- We require that we are listed on your policy as additionally insured. Please ensure we are listed as:

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT
Move In Hours: A Voyage Control Booking Email will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the show.
As a reminder, you must set up a profile through Voyage Control and make a booking based on your code. Check your email for more information. If you cannot find it please contact your Exhibit Sales Representative for details. Click Here for contact information.
“Should I book a move in time even if I only have a few items to unload?”.....Yes! To ensure a smooth and stress-free move in; please book a time at the loading aprons, even if it ‘s just a few items. The BMO Centre will not allow access through the front entrance or side doors.
Move-In Schedule: Emails will be sent individually with your booking code and dates.
Move Out Hours:
Sunday, September 28, 2025 7PM - 10PM
Monday, September 29, 2025 8AM - 12PM
Removal or dismantling of exhibits or exhibit materials will NOT be permitted before 6PM on Sunday, September 28th, 2025.
The halls are considered a construction zone during these hours. Absolutely no children under the age of 14 are permitted on the show floor during this time.
PARKING
Calgary Stampede no longer has parking passes as the City of Calgary now manages the lots. Parking is $18 per day, with the exception of the Remington lot off of 11th Ave SE, which is discounted to $12 per day. Click HERE for the Calgary Parking website.
