Exhibitor Warning

We have been made aware that companies claiming to be affiliated with Marketplace Events LLC, such as but not limited to: International Fairs Directory, Event-Fair (formerly Expo-Guide & FAIR Guide), Exhibition Housing Services, Global Travel Partners - are reaching out to our exhibitors offering sponsorship items in exchange for (exhibiting) company information and/or banking/credit card information. These companies do not have any business relationship with Marketplace Events LLC, nor have we given them authorization to use our Show names or Show-related information. 

We strongly recommend that all exhibitors be extremely vigilant when it comes to giving your information to any company that you are not familiar with. If you have any questions about whether or not a company is warranted in reaching out to you regarding your participation in the Show(s), please don't hesitate to reach out to your Exhibit Sales Consultant

Extra Equipment & Trailers

Trailer Parking (Paid - for Move In, Move Out and Event Days) is to be in Lot 24 - Limited Spaces Available
Trailer Parking (Free – for Move In, Move Out, Overnight and Event Days) is to be in Lot 25A

No Trucks (over 1 Ton) or trailers allowed to park in Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 13 at ANY TIME.

Bricks, Pallets, Bobcats, etc., go to Lot 24 during move-in days, but must be removed/cleaned up during Event Days.

Lot 1 – Exhibitor vehicles only (Lot 24, then Lot 20 overflow)

Advertising vehicles are not allowed along Stampede Trail without paying the $34/day parking fee.

BOOTH GUIDELINES

Review the booth guidelines to make sure your booth is designed to meet Marketplace Events and Calgary Stampede Event Services' standards:


**Please note that the Calgary Fire Department requires all materials (sheds, canopies, tents, temporary structures including signage in and hung above a booth) must be approved for indoor use and have a permanently attached label indicating conformance to CAN/ULC–S109, “Flame Tests of Flame-Resistant Fabrics and Films.”

Sunday, September 22, 2019     7PM - 10PM (one hour is required for aisle carpet removal)

The Halls are considered a construction zone during these hours.  Absolutely no children under the age of 14 are permitted on the show floor during this time.

EXHIBITOR GUEST TICKETS & EXTRA BADGES

Order your exhibitor guest tickets (VIP tickets) at a discounted rate to give to friends, family, current customers, prospective customers or whoever you wish. To place an order, please fax the Exhibitor Ticket Order Form to 403.253.7878 or scan and email to Marie.

 

Order additional badges for your staff at the show.  100 square foot booth includes 6 badges and 2 extra badges for every 100 square foot after that.  (For example: 200 sq/ft = 8 Badges.  300 sq/ft = 10 etc...)  If you require more than the badges you have been included with your booth, please submit the Extra Badge Order Form to 403.253.7878 or scan and email to Marie.

The categories for the booth awards are listed below, accompanied by the criteria our panel of judges look for when selecting the winning booth and company. We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.

 

 

 
Best In ShowRegardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design of any other in the show.
Best Large Space
This award goes out to the best booth that is 400 square feet or larger.
Best Medium Space
This award goes out to the best booth between 200 - 399 square feet.
Best Small Space
This award goes out to the best booth between 100 - 199 square feet.

• Meeting basic booth standards/expectations – height, signage, flooring, layout, etc 
• Full floor covering (no sub-floor, concrete or terra-cover exposed) and quality of floor covering 
• Hard wall display (not mandatory but helps in the presentation of a professional display)

• No exposed studs or wiring (inside and outside booth)
• Paint and paint quality – taking the time to edge, tape seams, make the paint job look professional
